1. Can I return my purchase if I change my mind?

Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for store credit on all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it and we will exchange it. Please note that the item must be unused and in its original packaging. 

2. How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@strappi.co or through our contact form on the website. Provide your order number and reason for return, and our team will guide you through the return process.

3. Who covers the return shipping costs?

If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. 

4. How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your new order within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for shipping.
